So I say, 8 in the middle tree and in the melee and missile abilities, and beyond that, just grab other abilities at level 1. Shadowwalkers have a great middle tree, and missile attacks are the way to go for them (and for Blademasters) due to the dodging bonus you get from Dex. Since you can only use the skills every so often and +1 level of damage amounts to 2-3 damage (before % increases) depending on the skill - and since all abilities get this same bonus for every level up you get, AND for every point in the associated primary statistic - this is not much of a bonus at all! All the isolated skills are like that.Īdding extra points to activated ability skills is almost completely useless since all you get is +1 level of damage for that skill alone. I dunno, I'm sure people will disagree with me but I say get 8 in Disarming, 8 in self-heal, 8 in the entire middle tree, try to get the upgrade to Shadowwalkers Focus, and then Disarm Trap if you have points to spare.Disarming Blow doesn't go to 8, only to 4. On my first two approaches she just made minced meat out of my party whenever I asked her the question on With regard to the two quests above and another quest, which I have definitely found too late for collecting XP, I wonder if I'm just too stupid for dealing with Zephira or if my estimation, that it'll be a quest for much later in the game, is right. Tartum/Neray quest doesn't get completed for a long time. The servants of Avadon have great power and are not bound by the laws of the Pact, though this can lead to corruption and abuse. Now some dark enemy stirs, and as the story unfolds, you slowly work your way towards discovering who that enemy is. The fortress of Avadon is a force within the Pact, a small army of warriors, spies, and assassins tasked to protect the Pact and eliminate any threats to its safety before they have the chance to grow. You are judge, jury, and executioner who exists only to serve and protect the Pact from it's enemies. Keep going back if you want better rewards. In this game you are a hand of Avadon, feared and respected by all with limitless resources and powers at your disposal. Lord Svarl, the wretch, has a string of quests with that being the first one. Can I wait till I will have managed to get new areas on the world map opened, before I will have to bother again?Īvadon really seems huge to me at the moment.ģ. The first Wayfer's quest requires finding a backdoor into Zhethron's library from the north part of his cave. Walkthroughs for Avadon: The Black Fortress. I did the first quest "Observe…" and now I was given the second one: "Hunt…". With regard to the confusing not-yet-outcome of the Tartam-quest, I wonder if I will get a similar problem with the Orian-quests. Tartam left for new quests as an Avadon spy and also with the remark, he would have to deal with Abi (or something like this – it's been a while ago.) Since then Tartam can't be found anymore, nor can I find Abi in Avadon, but the quest remains in my journal.
